How to: Join a Teams Meeting as a Guest and Be Able to Present via ScreenShare
If the Guest has a Microsoft account with access to Teams, just invite them like everyone else, and they will be able to join in the Teams app and share unless you restrict sharing when you create the meeting. This article is only for guests that don't have a Microsoft account and are not able to log into Teams. If your guest can log in, we prefer them to use the app, but the web app will work just fine otherwise.
If you need your guest to screen share, they DO NOT need to make a free Teams account. Just invite them with their email or send them a link to the meeting if it's already created.
1. Make a Teams Meeting and Add Guest Email or Share a Link with a Guest: Create a meeting in Teams and invite the guest user

This will send the guest an email with a link to the meeting

or you can also make the meeting and send a link to the guest user
In teams on the Calendar, you can Right-Click, Control-Click or

Once you have copied the link, you can send it to them in any way you prefer. You can paste the link into a message like the sample below.
2. The Guest with the link will join using the web version of the app: The guest should click the Join meeting now link in the email/calendar invite when they are ready to join
Notice the email/calendar link also has a Meeting ID and Passcode; they can also join with this information here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/join-a-meeting
If Teams is installed on the computer, it may prompt to open it: if you don't have a team account, just click cancel. If Teams is not installed, this will not open

Select Continue on this browser

3. Allow Camera and Mic and Enter a Guest Name: The Browser should prompt to allow the use of the mic and camera. Then the Teams web app should let the Guest enter a name

Enter your name and join the meeting. Now you are in the lobby Enjoy your time in the lobby waiting to be let in.

4: The Organizer will get a notification the user is on the lobby and can let them into the meeting

Admit the Guest; they will join the meeting. They can even Present using the Share button in the top right.

If you are on Windows now, you're done
Enjoy The Guest Presentation!!!
If your guest is on a Mac, they may need to change some settings in Security & Privacy for all the browsers, in this case Chrome, to access Screen & System Audio Recording. Please note you only need to do this once; then the browser can always screen share in all video conferencing web apps.
Apple Mac Section
On Apple Mac you may need to allow screen sharing in the browser

Allow Chrome to Capture Screen

It will want to quit and reopen the app
Sorry, you only need to do this once. Now you will need to rejoin the meeting.
