Navigate to TDNext: https://colum.teamdynamixpreview.com/TDNext/Home/Desktop/Default.aspx
Click on Tickets.
Click on New.
Select Change Request Form
Complete the Change Request Form
Click Save button at the top of the form once all the fields have been entered.
